Job Description:
Employee Relations Advisor
* Job Type: Full-time - Temporary
* Location: West London
* Salary: £19 p/h
We have partnered with an organisation based in West London who are seeking a proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy HR team to support with a range of ER Advisory and people related tasks for a temporary period of around 8 weeks. This role will play a pivotal role within the companies HR function.
Day to Day of the role will include:
* Managing all Employee life cycle tasks
* Support with any Employee Relations cases
* Respond any employee HR requests relating to pay queries, holiday requests, contracts and references
* Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Employee Relations experience
* Strong understanding of HR policies, principles, and legal requirements.
* Ability to provide practical advice on a range of HR matters.
* Experience of supporting across the wide range of the Employee lifecycle
This role is a temporary position so would suit someone who is available immediately or is able to start within the next few weeks and who can commit to a minimum of 8 weeks, ideally this role will be office based.
