What You’ll Be Doing:
*Working closely with tech companies to understand their hiring needs
*Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into IT and tech roles
*Managing the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to candidate offer
*Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
*Hitting targets and earning commission on every successful placement
What We’re Looking For:
*A recent graduate (any subject welcome)
*Confident communicator with a strong work ethic
*Ambitious, competitive, and eager to learn
*Resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
*Interest in sales, business, or technology is a bonus - but not essential
