The successful Private Client Tax Manager will manage a varied portfolio of clients, oversee compliance and advisory work, and lead a team of junior staff. You will be involved in complex tax planning projects, client meetings, and will work closely with Partners and Senior Managers. Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of private client tax clients, ensuring compliance and delivering proactive advice.
*Review and manage the work of junior staff, providing training and mentoring.
*Handle complex tax planning and advisory matters, liaising with clients and HMRC.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value.
*Support Partners with business development and practice growth initiatives.
Requirements*ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
*Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory.
*Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
*Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
