Job Description:
We are working with , a respected London-based Independent Financial Adviser, who are seeking an IFA Administrator to join their centralised administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual looking to progress their career in financial services.
The Role
You’ll provide high-quality admin support to advisers and clients, ensuring records are accurate and processes run smoothly. Key duties include:
*Maintaining up-to-date client records and data entry.
*Submitting applications, processing fund switches and LOAs.
*Liaising with product providers, clients, and colleagues.
*Preparing review packs and supporting adviser meetings.
*Managing the client review process and handling queries.
Over time, you’ll take on more technical cases and develop your skills further.
About You
*1–2 years’ experience in financial administration.
*Knowledge of pensions, investments, and the advice process.
*Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills.
*Detail-focused, proactive, and eager to progress your career.
