Description
*Support senior leadership with financial insight and reporting
*Lead and develop a team of direct reports
*Partner with operational teams across the business
*Drive ERP implementation and process improvements
*Ensure strong financial controls and compliance
*Contribute to strategic decision-making at divisional level
*Manage relationships with external stakeholders
*Oversee month-end, year-end, and audit processes
Profile
*Qualified accountant; ACA, ACCA or CIMA
*Confident and proactive, able to challenge constructively
*Experienced in financial controls and compliance
*Skilled in coaching and developing team members
*Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
*Driven, ambitious, and ready to hit the ground running
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
