Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: York
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing RIBA chartered architectural practice who provide their expertise to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team in York.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
*Help assist on the delivery of commercial projects
*Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
*Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
*undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
*Completed your RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
*Relevant post Part 2 qualification experience as an Architectural Assistant
*Proficiency with Revit is desirable
*Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
*Strong drawing and design skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work well independently and within a team
*Live within a commutable distance to the York area
