Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied caseload of housing litigation, including possession claims, injunctions and disrepair disputes
*Advising clients on housing management strategies, policy and compliance
*Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
*Mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals
*Delivering training sessions and contributing to client development initiatives
About You
*UK-qualified solicitor with solid experience in housing law and property litigation
*Strong technical knowledge and confident in managing your own caseload
*Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Commercially astute with a proactive mindset
