What You’ll Do *Lead the monthly group consolidation and reporting process across multiple entities and brands.
*Own the delivery of insightful financial packs (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) for senior stakeholders.
*Drive efficiency and control in month-end close and internal processes.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with accurate financial data.
*Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture.
*Oversee audit, tax compliance, and contribute to risk management and transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Bring *ACA/ACCA qualified with 4+ years post-qualification experience.
*Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/FRS/UK GAAP and group consolidations.
*Experience in manufacturing, retail, or PE-backed environments is a plus.
*Advanced Excel skills and a knack for turning data into insight.
*Collaborative leadership style and a passion for improvement.
*Familiarity with SAP and finance transformation projects is advantageous.
