Customer Relationship Manager – Automotive/EV Sector
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE

We’re seeking a commercially astute and data-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join a fast-growing automotive business operating at the forefront of EV innovation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong grasp of customer lifecycle management, service platform operations, and user experience optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the development and optimisation of customer service platforms (CRM, ERP, support systems).
*Drive user engagement and retention strategies across retail and fleet channels.
*Analyse customer behaviour and product performance to inform service improvements.
*Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and partner support.
*Own KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and platform performance.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in the automotive or EV sector (OEM experience highly desirable).
*Strong understanding of customer operations, service systems, and user journey mapping.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
