Service Administrator – Permanent Role
Office-based near Horsham (must be able to drive due to remote location)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Full time Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Reed Crawley is delighted to be partnering with a global organisation in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a proactive mindset to support a busy Service department.
You’ll play a key role in managing customer communications, preparing quotations, and coordinating service schedules. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
*Prepare quotations and manage service reports
*Schedule workloads and support the Service back office team
*Provide holiday cover and assist with spare parts billing
Skills & Competencies
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is highly desirable
*Calm, professional, and proactive approach to work
Experience Required
*Previous experience in an administrative or service support role
*Familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage
