Job Description:
My market leading Wigan based client are a UK leading provider of healthcare services, due to an internal change, they require a Customer Service Representative on a 5-month temporary basis.
The Customer Service Representative temporary assignment requires a DBS check and upon securing the DBS the assignment will start ASAP. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week) and the annual salary will be £24,570.
The successful candidate will co-ordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of a health assessment centre, managing appointments, meeting, and greeting all customers and
visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of appointments.
Description
*Fully manage each day’s appointment sessions
*Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments.
*Monitor session progress and backfill appointments where necessary.
*Welcome and greet customers on arrival whether this be Face to Face, via telephone or
*video link
*Arrange travel for customers who require assistance in getting to their appointment.
*Assist customers with completion of forms, including expense claims.
*Update records accurately using in house computer system.
*General administrative duties
Person Specification
*Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone
*Strong administration skills
*Customer focused
*Good IT skills
*Attention to detail.
