Property Litigation Lawyer 2-8 PQE
We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation specialist qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a thriving team working for a mix of commercial and high net worth individuals. The role is primarily located in Tunbridge Wells but offers flexibility for hybrid working. Due to a continued high volume of work, the team is looking to recruit a junior lawyer with solid experience in property litigation.
The role:
*The successful candidate will deal with all aspects of property litigation, working within our Litigation Department
*Advising clients on a broad range of contentious property matters including commercial landlord and tenants on breaches of covenant, 1954 Act business lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges and forfeiture claims
*Advising primarily residential landlords on enforcing tenancy agreements including bringing County Court possession claims
*Advising landowners on real property matters including boundary disputes, easements, restrictive covenants and adverse possession
*Supporting our busy and expanding commercial property and residential conveyancing teams
*Represent clients in High Court and County Court litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR
*Opportunity to get involved in business development and grow your personal profile in the area through the existing networking groups that the firm belongs to
?The candidate:
*A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*Previous property litigation experience with 2-8 years PQE
*Strong technical knowledge of contentious property law with the ability to manage files independently
*Commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other members of the firm
