Customer Supply Coordinator
Bradford
£28,000 – £32,000
A leading manufacturing business in Bradford is looking for a proactive customer supply coordinator to support their major customer portfolio. This is a great role for someone with merchandising, account support, or product-focused experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
The Role * Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day customer communication.
* Build strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and supply chain teams.
* Coordinate merchandising activity, product samples, and range updates.
* Work with product development teams to communicate briefs and feedback.
* Process customer orders accurately and maintain the web-based order system.
* Track order progress and resolve issues with production and logistics.
About You * Experience in account management, merchandising, or a similar customer-facing role within a manufacturing or product-led environment.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator able to build positive customer relationships.
* Competent with MS Office and web-based systems.
