Job Description:
Package: £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
The company is an international search firm specialising in leadership search across Financial Services, Insurance and Legal sectors in the UK,Europe & North America.
Joining as a recent graduate or early career professional, you will receive extensive training and have the opportunity to work across all sector practices on 6 weekly rotations. You will then progress into a Consultant role, become a market expert in your sector.
The firm has experienced impressive growth since their management buyout in 2021 and have experienced 40% growth in revenue this year alone.
The New York office opened earlier this year and multiple members of the team are in the process of relocating there.
The team foster a collaborative environment and are big believers in rewarding hard work with incentives including monthly social events, lunch clubs, holiday incentives and a clear development pathway.

The Role:
*Mapping relevant markets, building longlists, and researching organisations and industry moves.
*Headhunting talent aligned to client briefs.
*Supporting candidate outreach and engagement alongside senior team members.
*Preparing research packs, candidate summaries, and market intelligence.
*Collaborating with experienced Consultants and Researchers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
The Requirements:
*Minimum 2:1 degree from University
*Ambition and a willingness to learn.
*Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
*Inherent competitive nature.
*Exceptional communication skills.
