Temporary Customer Service Advisors – Graduates & Experienced Agents Welcome!

Contract: Temporary - start asap through to December - We various start dates available from end of September through to Mid November!

Pay: £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9am–5:30pm (overtime available in busy periods)
Must be a driver due to location

Our Pershore-based client is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team during the seasonal peak. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and energetic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Handling customer queries via phone and live chat
*Providing quotes and placing orders
*Managing client accounts and order specifications
*Checking dispatch status and advising on products
