Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor – Hertfordshire

A Legal 500 recognised commercial litigation department in central Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor (around 3+ years PQE) to join its expanding team and support a highly regarded partner.
Areas of Work:
*Corporate insolvency, including claims against company directors
*Business mediation and arbitration
*Commercial property disputes
*Contractual disputes
*Debt recovery
*Intellectual property disputes
*Partnership and LLP disputes
*Search and freezing orders, injunctions and imaging
*Shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions
*Professional negligence claims
Your Profile:
*3+ years PQE gained at a respected regional or London-based practice
*Strong academic background and solid understanding of commercial dispute resolution
*Experience managing a range of contentious commercial matters with minimal supervision
*Strong communication and analytical skills, with a client-focused approach
*Demonstrated involvement in business development and marketing initiatives
*Ability to build and maintain client relationships will be advantageous
