Senior Private Client Solicitor – Leadership Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly driven, ambitious Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm. This is a pivotal leadership role that will work closely with the firm’s partners to expand and enhance the Private Client department.
Location: Based in Horsham with flexible hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle a varied caseload of private client matters, ensuring excellent client care
*Develop and present growth strategies, budget forecasts, and business development plans to senior leadership
*Lead new business generation initiatives for the Private Client department
*Collaborate in the development and optimisation of the firm’s case management system
*Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering protocols
*Prepare accurate client invoices and maintain compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
*Supervise, train, and support junior team members, including lawyers, trainees, and paralegals
*Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, referrers and business partners
*Promote the firm’s services through social and professional media platforms
