Corporate Lawyer (6+ years’)
A leading Corporate team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years’ PQE to join its dynamic team in Edinburgh. You will work on diverse and complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on corporate law matters such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures and reorganisations
- Handling partnerships, LLPs and corporate governance issues
- Providing occasional commercial contract advice and corporate support to other teams
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in corporate law
- Strong communication, drafting and analytical skills
- Proven ability in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
