The Role:
You’ll become the first member of a new post-completion team, taking ownership of all administrative and compliance processes following completion. This function will streamline workflow across the conveyancing teams and open up clear progression opportunities as the team expands.
Responsibilities:
*Process and submit AP1s, SDLT and Land Registry requisitions
*Manage lender correspondence, title updates and file closures
*Ensure all post-completion tasks are handled accurately and on time
*Support fee earners and help improve process efficiency
About You:
*Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
*Confident with post-completion tasks and Land Registry applications
*Proactive, organised and eager to grow into a more senior role
