Job Description:
FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT
A leading London fashion company is seeking a Fraud Team Assistant to support daily fraud monitoring, investigations and reporting. Working within a collaborative, growth-focused team, the role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to develop valuable experience in fraud prevention within a fast-paced retail environment.
FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Reviewing daily fraud alerts, chargebacks, suspicious transactions and exception reports
*Assisting with investigating potential fraud cases, gathering evidence and escalating issues where appropriate
*Monitoring store activity and identifying unusual patterns or behaviours that could indicate fraudulent activity
*Liaising with banks, payment providers and internal teams regarding fraud queries
*Maintaining accurate case files, logs and fraud databases to ensure records are complete and compliant
*Preparing weekly and monthly fraud reports for senior management
*Supporting audits and compliance checks by collating required documentation
*Processing chargeback disputes within required timelines
FRAUD TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Having 12 months’ experience working in fraud patterns within the e-commerce space
*Having 12 months’ experience working with disputes
*Having 12 months’ experience in administration
