Pre Sales Executive
Location: Wetherby
Salary: £25,000 + commission
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a leading electrical heating retailer. This role sits within the sales team and focuses on offering a consultative approach direct to consumer, understanding their individual needs and requirements for differing projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded business who are well established and leaders in the field.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Responding to inbound calls and enquiries from both pre-sales and post-sales customers, delivering expert advice and recommending the most suitable products or solutions tailored to their needs or projects
* Serving as the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, providing quotes and proactively maximising sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
*Managing the sales pipeline to monitor and convert leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and increasing quote-to-sale conversions.
*Following up on leads promptly via phone and email to maintain momentum and enhance customer engagement
Skills & Requirements
*An experienced individual with a track record of delivering quality customer service, building rapport and optimising opportunities
*An energetic, driven candidate who thrives working within a vibrant team environment
*A self motivator with experience working in a hybrid capacity is desirable
