Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school in Farnborough as soon as possible.
About the Role *Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them access learning and develop positive coping strategies.
*Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to implement individual education plans.
*Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to promote engagement and emotional wellbeing.
*Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements *Previous experience working with children with SEMH or in SEN settings - highly desirable.
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
*Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
