Technical Manager / Process Technician
Location: Adlington
Reporting to: Technical Manager
Are you passionate about textiles and looking to take your technical expertise to the next level? We’re seeking a Textile Technologist/Technician to join our team and oversee the dyeing, printing, and finishing processes for technical textile fabrics. What You’ll Do
*Provide technical support across Operations, R&D, and Quality teams
*Manage trials from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
*Present findings and drive process optimisation initiatives
*Troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions
*Ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety, and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For
*Qualifications: HND/Degree in Technical field
*Experience: Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing
*Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
*Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
