Nursery Assistant – Mainstream Primary School (Burscough)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing, long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: £14.63 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join the nursery team within a welcoming mainstream primary school in Burscough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting early years education in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the delivery of high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*Assist with daily routines, activities, and learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
*Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
*Promote positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
*Experience in EYFS is essential.
*Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable.
*Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
