Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer architectural and interior design services to the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
*Develop concept designs and technical drawings
*Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
*Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
*Work on planning applications and building regulations
*Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects
Skills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:
*Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 and 2 qualifications
*Relevant Post Part 2 qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
*Experience with Revit
*Experience working on projects across various sectors
*Excellent design and drawing skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work well in a team and independently
