Sales Administrator
Annual Salary: £25,000
Location: Bradford
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a well-established distribution company based in Bradford. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to cover all aspects of administration within the business and report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle customer queries over the phone and via email efficiently.
*Process customer orders using the in-house system.
*Manage bookings for deliveries and ensure customer expectations are met.
*Open accounts for new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
*Process invoices and follow up on overdue payments as needed.
*Provide pricing and product information to new and existing customers.
*Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
*Experience in liaising with various stakeholders.
