Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Contract: 6-month temporary role with strong potential to become permanent

About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer experience. This position involves working closely with logistics and sales teams to manage customer orders, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
*Process customer orders accurately within 24 hours of receipt
*Monitor sales orders to meet delivery deadlines and communicate any delays promptly
*Manage forward and back orders, including stock checks and purchase orders
*Log customer interactions and activities in the CRM system
*Resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining high service standards
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
*Update customer details, pricing, and requirements in the system
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
*Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
*Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
