Customer Relations Administrator
Location: Office-based, DE4 postcode
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Customer Relations Administrator to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a professional and friendly telephone manner, and is passionate about supporting smooth business operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring processes run efficiently, assisting with report quality assurance, managing complex scheduling, and providing day-to-day administrative support across the team.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide general administrative support to the team and management
*Review and quality-check assessment reports and documentation for accuracy
*Manage staff schedules and customer appointments, ensuring effective diary coordination
*Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally and confidently
*Liaise with internal staff and external clients, providing timely updates and managing your own portfolio of customers
*Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
*Assist with team projects, audits, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience Required
*Proven experience in an administrative or office-based support role
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*High attention to detail when reviewing reports or documentation
*Ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools
