SEN Teacher Sheffield
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and creative SEN Teacher to join our supportive team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs. You will be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential through personalised learning and a nurturing approach.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support pupil progress.
Monitor and assess pupil development, maintaining accurate records.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school team.
Contribute to the wider school community and development of SEN provision.
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working within SEN settings or supporting students with additional needs.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
