Pay Rate: £90-95 per day
Job Type: Full time/Part time/ Supply work

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support the learning and development of students. You will play a key role in helping children achieve their potential by providing both individual and group assistance. This is a hands-on, rewarding position where you’ll be actively involved in a child’s educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the teacher in delivering lessons, helping students engage with the curriculum
*Work closely with students who need extra help
*Help students build confidence, independence, and a love for learning, motivating them to reach their personal goals
*Support the teacher in assessing and tracking student progress
*Communicate the child’s progress with parents, teacher and the staff
*Follow school’s safeguarding policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
*Eligible to work full time in the UK
*Enhanced DBS on the update service
*Able to provide 2 professional references
*Relevant experience in the educational setting
*Excellent communication and empathetic skills
*A genuine interest in supporting children
