Randstad Education is looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with special educational needs (SEN) and truly make a lasting impact.
About the School: You’ll be part of a vibrant and inclusive environment that embraces a nurturing approach to learning for students with special educational needs. With supportive leadership and a strong team ethos, the school is dedicated to giving every child the opportunity to succeed.
Your Role Will Include: *Providing 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.
*Support students with their classroom routines, behaviour management, and personal care when necessary.
*Using tailored communication to meet the individual needs of students.
*Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
*Promoting positive social interactions and supporting students’ emotional well-being.
What We’re Looking For: *Experience supporting children with SEN in school, residential, or care settings.
*A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
*Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
*Legal right to work in the UK (essential) and willing to work long term full-time.
*Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday).
What You’ll Get from Us: *Weekly pay with competitive daily rates: £90-£115.
*A dedicated and friendly consultant to guide you throughout your journey.
