Job Description:
SEN TA Randstad Education is seeking a talented and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex educational needs.
Job description: *Provide one-on-one and group support to children with complex needs.
*Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans.
*Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management.
*Help with personal care and mobility where required.
*Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
*Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Maintain accurate records of student progress and support needs.
*Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: *You have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or are willing to apply for one.
*You possess a minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
*You have experience working with children with complex educational needs (preferred).
*You are able to commit to working long-term/full-time.
*You are ideally available for 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
*You can provide professional references from your recent employers.
*You are eligible to work in the UK (ETW).
*You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
*You are a team player and are able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
