We are currently recruiting motivated, reliable and engaging Cover Supervisors to join our pool of staff supporting schools in Bourne End and the wider Buckinghamshire area.

What you’ll be doing
Classroom Management & Pupil Support
*Supervising classes during teacher absence
*Delivering pre-prepared work to students
*Supporting learning, answering questions and maintaining focus
*Encouraging student engagement and positive participation
*Providing simple feedback on class progress
Behaviour & Learning Environment
*Managing behaviour in line with school policies
*Handling incidents calmly and professionally
*Ensuring completed work is returned to the teacher
*Creating a positive and structured classroom atmosphere
Use of ICT & Resources
*Using school systems and ICT to support learning
*Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation
What we’re looking for
*Level 3 Cover Supervision, HLTA qualification or equivalent (preferred)
*GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
*Experience working with children or young people
*Confidence when leading a classroom
*Strong communication, initiative and adaptability
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
