Full Time | Long Term | Inner London Pay Scale | Paid to Scale from Day 1
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the vibrant borough of Southwark, in South East London, who are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is a full-time, long-term position for the full academic year, offering full classroom responsibilities and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a supportive school community. The role will be paid on the Inner London pay scale from day one, ensuring you are fully rewarded for your experience and expertise.
The Role:
*Full-time Key Stage 1 class teacher position
*Planning, preparation, and assessment responsibilities included
*Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
*A specific focus on phonics with experience using Little Wandle an advantage
*Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records
*Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
*Contributing to the wider school community
