About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting business operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing general administrative support across the business
*Managing and maintaining records, databases, and documentation
*Processing data and updating internal systems (including NetSuite, where applicable)
*Supporting finance, operations, or customer service functions as required
*Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
*Assisting with reporting and ensuring data accuracy
*Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
About You
*Previous experience in an administrative role
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Experience with NetSuite is desirable but not essential
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*A proactive and team-focused approach
