We are looking for an exceptional Temps Consultant to join our high-performing commercial division.

The Role
*Managing and developing a successful temporary recruitment desk
*Building strong relationships with existing clients and candidates
*Developing new business opportunities across the commercial/office support market
*Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre temporary staff
*Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience at every stage
About You
*Proven experience within temporary recruitment, ideally commercial or office support
*Strong billing history and business development capability
*Motivated, ambitious, and relationship-driven
*Passionate about delivering a consultative, high-quality service
*Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
