Our client, a global trading organisation based in Victoria, is seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Communications Administrator to support the day-to-day communications activity across the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with a passion for communications, marketing, and content creation to join a dynamic global organisation.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and collaborative team player with excellent organisational and communication skills, eager to support a fast-paced communications function. This role would suit a candidate with broad administrative experience, with an interest in supporting the marketing and communications team.

Key Responsibilities*Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, intranet content, and company updates.
*Support the delivery of content across social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and printed marketing materials.
*Design marketing collateral using Canva, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
*Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice, carrying out proofreading and quality checks prior to publication.
*Schedule and monitor social media activity across relevant channels.
*Maintain and update the CRM system, supporting email marketing campaigns through to list management and template creation.
*Administrative and diary management support to the team
Salary will be based on experience.
