The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of eCommerce clients, helping them grow their presence and performance across Amazon platforms. You’ll work closely with customers to develop strategies, monitor results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, tracking KPIs, coordinating advertising and promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting account issues where required.

What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:
*Experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles within digital marketing or eCommerce

*Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively

*Understanding of online marketing strategies and performance tracking

*Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise workload effectively

*Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central would be beneficial
