Our client is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of a busy office. This is a hands-on role covering administration, facilities, and light HR support, working for a global leader in manufacturing solutions.
Location: Central London (Office-based)
Job Type: Temporary, part time, 2 days per week / 14 hours per week
Duration: 6 Months, immediate start
Hourly pay rate: £15 - £17 per hour
Key responsibilities:
*General office administration and support
*Managing supplies, stock, and kitchen areas
*Handling post, deliveries, and couriers
*Coordinating meetings and preparing rooms
*Liaising with building management and suppliers
*Supporting Health & Safety processes
*Providing basic IT and systems support
*Assisting with onboarding and office coordination
The ideal candidate will be:
*Experienced in office administration or similar role
*Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
*Professional communication skills
*Able to manage multiple tasks independently
*Confident with Microsoft Office
