Operations Coordinator Oxford (Hybrid Working Available) | £30,000 | Fixed-Term Contract until August 2026
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for an exciting role within a fast-paced educational environment? We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of world-class academic summer school programmes across Oxford, Cambridge, and London.
The RoleAs Operations Coordinator, you will support the wider Operations team with the planning, organisation, and delivery of summer school programmes. From coordinating documentation and supplier onboarding to supporting live events and handling operational queries, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities*Provide administrative support across operational activities and processes
*Support the sourcing, onboarding, and compliance checking of suppliers and contractors
*Assist with updating programme documentation, delivery instructions, and timetables
*Coordinate templates, software access, and technical equipment for summer teams
*Support procurement and equipment deliveries to summer school sites
*Manage and triage communications from summer delivery teams
*Assist with projects, compliance reviews, contractual deadlines, and student feedback collation
*Support the delivery of events and activities across multiple locations
*Work closely with the wider Operations team during planning and live programme delivery
About You*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Adaptable and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
*Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
*A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
*A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
*IT proficient, including experience using Google Workspace
Desirable Experience*Experience within events planning or coordination
*Experience working in education or summer school programmes
*Experience with budgets or purchase order systems
*Access to a car would be beneficial but is not essential
Position Details*40 hours per week
*Hybrid working options available
*Based in Oxford, with travel to Oxford, Cambridge, and London sites during programme delivery
*Evening and weekend work required during summer delivery periods
*ASAP start
*Fixed-term contract until end of August 2026
