Job Description:
Full job description Our client is a leading global private bank for HNW and UHNW families. They are hiring a 12 month FTC Executive Assistant & Events Co-ordinator.
Key responsibilities include; provide full administrative support to the CEO of the UK business, act as ’gatekeeper’ including complex calendar management and prioritisation, proactively manage the CEOs in-box, filter/prioritise all calls, coordinate travel arrangements, handle confidential information, interact with clients and business partners, manage expenses, undertake event co-ordination tasks from planning to execution including identify suitable venues, visit sites, handle invitations and manage RSVPs, attend prep calls with stakeholders, oversee venue set-up, final preparations and manage operational logistics on-site including guest registration and overall attendee experience.
The successful candidate will be immediately available, they will possess previous EA experience, ideally gained in private banking or the broader financial services industry, advanced knowledge of MS Office, the ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good initiative, they will be conscientious, detail-orientated and well organised. Some previous exposure to event co-ordination is desirable.
