This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior CNC Programmer to join a highly respected manufacturer specialising in bespoke wooden furniture and joinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving CNC processes, coordinating production activities, and supporting workshop operations to ensure exceptional quality across a range of projects.

As a Senior CNC Programmer, you’ll be joining a well-established furniture manufacturer with a reputation for producing high-end pieces for clients across the UK. Working on everything from individual handcrafted items to large-scale installations, you’ll become part of a skilled and collaborative team based onsite near Coventry.
What You’ll Need
The ideal Senior CNC Programmer candidate will have:
*Strong experience programming both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery

*A strong understanding of CNC for wooden materials, furniture manufacturing and joinery techniques

*Experience using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software

*Experience with flatbed CNC machinery
