About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Woking area from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner to deliver high-quality teaching and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
*Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress and attainment
*Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
*Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
*Maintain high expectations of behaviour in line with school policies
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
*Contribute to the wider life of the school
Person Specification
Essential:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within a UK primary or secondary setting
*Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
*Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
*Ability to inspire and engage pupils
Desirable:
*Experience within a specific key stage or subject area
*Commitment to ongoing professional development
