Our story began in sunny Bournemouth in 2005 with just 1 recruiter and a passion for the Hospitality industry. Like every new business, the early years saw hard work, tenacity and determination, underpinned with strong family values. Over time we attracted like-minded Hospitality professionals into the wonderful world of recruitment and have enjoyed steady, organic growth since. Over the years, our success and growth has necessitated a number of moves to larger offices to accommodate our ever-growing Platinum family. This growth allowed us to celebrate in 2017 the opening of our second office in Southampton and our third office in Manchester in 2021.
