CMR Recruitment began in February 2009 with the ambition of making a difference in the challenging almost seedy world of recruitment. Charlie Ryan the founder and current MD, felt there had to be a way of providing a more helpful & value for money service, to both the job hunter and the employer whilst still upholding a viable business model financially but without the greed. CMR Recruitment operates under some of the traditional recruitment values but with a modern twist. These values have pushed to the side much of the volume drive in traditional recruitment, providing a service that allows the time necessary to achieve a successful job fill for both the job hunter and the employer.
