KFS began its journey in January 2016. After working in the Financial Services Recruitment sector for 10 years, Kerry Stephens realised it was time to go it alone. She wanted to create a company that went against the grain and so KFS was born. We are a highly flexible, friendly recruitment agency who are big on family values and work-life balance. Although the norm now, we were ahead of the times working remotely and proving that excellent communication can be achieved whether we are together or apart.
