Job Description:
A well-established law firm located in are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join their team in Ashford, Middlesex.
As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will be expected to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial transactions. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the growth of the firm while providing high-quality legal services to clients in Feltham and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
* Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on property-related issues.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
* Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
* Stay informed about changes in property law and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.
* Attend meetings and negotiations on behalf of clients as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive (NQ plus)
* Strong understanding of residential and commercial property law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organized and capable of managing a caseload independently.
* Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales.
