Job Purpose
* Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.
* Work closely with the Client Manager and Partners to support the commercial aspects of portfolio management.
* Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
* Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
* Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
* Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
* Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
* Set an example as a hands-on team player.

Job Requirements
* ACCA or ACA qualified with previous practice experience.
* A proven track record of supporting clients.
* Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbally.
* A proactive approach to problem solving and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong commercial acumen and an enthusiasm to support business growth.
* Friendly and professional demeanour, able to inspire a team.
* Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
* Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
