S&P Consulting services ltd are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients within our facility. Duties include but are not limited to:
Job Desceription
* Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitoring patient vital signs and condition, and reporting any changes to the medical team
* Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
* Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid registration and license to practice in the UK
* Proven experience working as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
* Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team
