Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly-regarded firm in Stourbridge. This established practice has a strong client base across the local area, and the Wider West Midlands, and therefore always has a steady and reliable source of work in place.
We are looking for an organized, friendly, and highly motivated individual to join a busy and high-performing team to further develop their skills and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients with commercial property transactions.
The role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of work including: * Sale, Purchase, and Leases of all types of commercial property
* Real Estate Development (Including options, overage agreements, and conditional contracts)
* Leasing of offices, shops, industrial units, and estates (including premises licenses)
* Commercial Estate Developments
* Rent Reviews
* Auction Property Sales
* Lease Renewals
* Agricultural tenancies and property
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE handling commercial conveyancing transactional work.
